Located right by the sea with a fantastic view, the staff was incredibly helpful and everything was excellent, I loved my clean and exceptionally nice room with a kitchenette and a balcony.

Everything was perfect, excellent location near to a lovely bay. I was upgraded to a clean room with a balcony. Central heating and a multi-channel TV were standard, but I liked that. I had a fantastic experience at Villa Mare & Filip in Zaton. the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from a charming bay with some decent restaurants, and also close to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a clean room with a balcony, making my stay even more enjoyable. the room came equipped with central heating and a multi-channel TV, which were nice added touches that I appreciated.

Stayed at this venue for 3 nights with my mother, had a fantastic stay due to the magnificent location near Dubrovnik, the lovely bay, and the easy access to decent restaurants.

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was convenient.

The value for our money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The balcony with its stunning view of the bay was the cherry on top. The location was perfect, with beaches and restaurants just a short walk away. But what really made our stay memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, went out of their way to make us feel at home, and catered to our every need. We even got fresh watermelon from their garden and got introduced to delicious Croatian coffee. It truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better was a towel rack in the room to hang our beach towels and swimming costumes to dry. But apart from that, everything was fantastic.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness is top-notch, with daily bin emptying, fresh sheets, and beach towels provided. The hosts go above and beyond, treating us to fresh watermelon and introducing us to amazing Croatian coffee. The location is jaw-dropping, with a peaceful bay and easy access to Dubrovnik. The hosts are super kind, friendly, and helpful. Definitely a must-stay!
